With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
- After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
- After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
- No returns accepted after 90 days
- Custom ordered items are non-returnable
- A copy of the packing list must be in the box with the merchandise.

Love it. My son has a vesicostomy and leaks constantly. These pads are large and basically perfect for keeping him dry even at therapy. The large size is really a huge plus.
