Parentgiving Shipping Policy
When ordering from the Parentgiving store, please note the following shipping information:
Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping is via major US carrier ground and generally arrives in 1-5 business days. Items with extended delivery are noted on the product page.
- Shipping for orders under $79 is $7.95.
- Please note that while shipping for orders under $79 is $7.95, if you apply a coupon or redeem reward points that result in your new order total falling below $79, the shipping fee will still apply.
- Oversized items such as lift chairs and electric mobility scooters may have other shipping options available. Check the product page for details.
- Orders over $79 qualify for free shipping.
Address Changes:
- Address correction that are able to be made after your order ships will result in an additional fee and will vary by supplier.
PO Boxes:

Shipping to P.O. boxes: Only USPS is permitted to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please be aware that our distributors use many carriers to deliver orders, such as FedEx and UPS, and we cannot specify which carrier they use. Therefore, non-delivery issues caused as a result of a P.O. box address cannot be replaced.
Notes:
- When carriers have evidenced the delivery of an order, it cannot be replaced if it is subsequently stolen or otherwise found to be missing.
- Non receipt of orders must be reported within 48 hours of their expected delivery, in order that issues can be addressed with carriers in a timely manner.
- All amounts are in US dollars.
- Oversized items are indicated as such in the product description (on the product page).
- Parentgiving is only able to ship to the contiguous 48 US states; we do NOT offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations due to issues with Customs and excessive shipping costs.
