Catheter Accessories & Kits

Self catheter kits typically contains wipes or swabs which are used to disinfect the outer urethral area prior to insertion. They usually also include a pair of gloves to help reduce contamination from hands and a urine collection bag that can be attached to the funnel end of your catheter. Accessories can range from lubricants, sanitizing skin prep pads, and petroleum jelly prepare the skin, while catheter tubing, leg straps, and stabilization devices assist in insertion.
