Dry Direct Ultimate Booster Pad leverages Parentgiving insights with Italian manufacturing to create our finest and most absorbent booster pads. With an exceptionally soft topsheet, our booster pad is noticeably softer than anything else in the market. High performance polymers add up to 4 cups additional absorbency when paired inside adult underwear (or briefs).

Booster pads are ideal to improve the performance of daytime or value incontinence products, or to troubleshoot leakage issues (especially males or side sleepers). These booster pads, when paired with Dry Direct underwear or briefs, will eliminate all but the most stubborn of leakers. Dimensions: 4.25" x 15"

The best
I use these pads with my incontinence underwaer to aid with those moments when i cant reach the facilities. Im able to use only 1 pair of underwear a day instead of 3 to 4.

Booster pads
These work great for keeping my dad dry at night. It is the first solution that has worked. We use it with a pull up type product. Before we found this it was a challenge.

ULTIMATE Booster Pads
I really like this booster pad but it is not sticky enough on the bottom so I would just put it on and hope that it stays in place until I have to go to the bathroom. Thanks for your product and I hope that you have a great weekend too.

I like how soft they are with still being very absorbent. I do wishthey were 2-3 inches wider or that you had an option to choose that when you order.
