With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
- After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
- After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
- No returns accepted after 90 days
- Custom ordered items are non-returnable
- A copy of the packing list must be in the box with the merchandise.

This is a very good product to use for daily wear either for someone with light to moderate incontinence problems or using them in addition to a pull-up brief for people like myself who need extra absorbency.

Love Tena products. Bought these pads because they were described as heavy. Even description on packing slip said heavy. While the lable says heavy it also says light. Taking the pads out they are small and narrow. They may be for heavy absorbtion they are too small to do the job
