- Items must be returned in the unit of measure in which they were purchased. Partial case returns will not be accepted.
- All returns require prior authorization. Please contact Parentgiving Customer Care, 888-746-2107, 9 AM ET — 8 PM ET Monday-Thursday and 9 AM ET — 5 PM ET Friday to request a Return Authorization.
- To receive credit the return must be made within 30 days of the order date.
- The product must be shipped back in the original Pride Mobility Products carton. If you require a replacement box, Parentgiving Customer Care can order one for you at a cost of $40.00.
- Depending on the reason for return and the condition of the product, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply, as well as the return freight charges.
- The same charges apply to exchanges.
- Pride Mobility will pre-select the carrier for product return. You will call the contact number on the documentation you receive to arrange pick-up.
- Special orders and custom items and chairs fitted with the heat and/or massage options, are not returnable. Orders that are cancelled after the order is processed, are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight charges, if applicable.

After days of online shopping and comparing lift chairs for my brother we chose the Pride Mobility PLR-975 Elegance Viva Lift Power Recliner in the walnut color. My brother is 62 so we opted for the largest size chair for tall people. It was delivered in a timely manner and the delivery guy was friendly and professional. It is a heavy chair which is good keeps it from moving around easily and it was easy to assemble. However when my brother sat in it and shifted around to get comfortable the right side of the chair cracked a bit and separated from the main section an inch or so making it slightly qwobbly. I believe the chair had been dropped during shipment as one corner of the shipping box was obviously damaged. I called Parentgiving and explained the situation. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. Kathy H. immediately contacted the manufacturer and in a matter of a few days she had set up a new chair to ship out and a field technician on standby to pick up the damaged chair. I couldnt be more impressed by this company and their outstanding service. Kathy kept me informed every step of the way. I feel like she truly cares that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Kathy and Parentgiving for standing behind the products you sell!
