With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Milliken Medical within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.
- After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
- After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
- No returns accepted after 90 days
- Custom ordered items are non-returnable
- A copy of the packing list must be in the box with the merchandise.

The sides are so flimsy that 50 percent of the time they rip when I am putting them on my 15 year old disabled child. They are not absorbent enough for even the smallest amount of urine and they leak during the day and overnight. They are not much better than using nothing at all.
