- Items must be returned in the unit of measure in which they were purchased. Partial case returns will not be accepted.
- This supplier accepts return of unused items in their original, sealed internal packaging, in re-saleable condition. Used and custom items are not returnable except for warranty purposes.
- Returns accepted for original orders that meet the above requirements and are not more than 30 days old.
- There is a 30% restock fee on all returns.

- No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
