How to Create an Account

We highly recommend setting up an account within the app, as it allows you to track your order history, earn rewards, manage your subscriptions, and more. 

Here’s how to create your account in three easy steps:

  1. Tap “Account” in the bottom menu.

  2. Select “Don’t Have An Account? Create Account”

  3. Enter your name, phone number, email address, and password. Then tap “Create Account.”

How to Log in to the Parentgiving App

Once you've downloaded the app, logging in is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to access and manage your Parentgiving account:

  1. Open the Parentgiving app on your device.

  2. Tap “Account” in the bottom menu.

  3. Tap the “Sign In” button.

  4. Enter your email and password and tap the “Sign In” button again

How to Make a Purchase

Ready to order the products you or your loved one needs? Making a purchase in the Parentgiving app is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open and log in to the Parentgiving app.

  2. Explore our product selection using the search bar or by tapping “Collections” in the bottom menu.

  3. Once you choose a product, you may be required to select a size, color, quantity, or other product option.

  4. Upon finalizing your selection, tap “Add To Cart.” 

  5. Tap on the cart icon in the upper right corner to view your cart.

  6. When you're ready to check out, tap the “CHECKOUT” button.

  7. The first step of the checkout process is to add your shipping information (name, address, phone number, etc.). Once completed, tap the “Continue to shipping” button.

  8. Select a shipping method and tap the “Continue to payment” button.

  9. Enter a discount code (optional), add your payment information, select your billing address, and tap the “Pay now” button to complete your purchase.

How to Set Up a Subscription for Recurring Purchases

For select incontinence products, you can choose to make a one-time purchase or set up a custom subscription to save 10%. The delivery options range from every two weeks to every 12 weeks. 

Here are the steps to setting up a subscription:

  1. When on the product page for an incontinence product, select a size and package size. Once you have selected both, a container will expand below the quantity selection.

  2. Choose “Subscribe & Save 10%” and select the duration from the dropdown menu.

  3. Once you add the product to your cart and complete the purchase, you will receive your subscription at your chosen frequency.

While in the app, you can tap “Subscriptions” in the bottom menu to manage, update, or cancel your subscription.

 

Parentgiving App FAQs

Do I need an account to use the Parentgiving app?

No, you can browse and purchase products without an account, but creating one allows you to track order history, manage subscriptions, earn rewards, and check out faster.

How do I reset my password if I forget it?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to reset your password via email.

Can I manage or cancel my subscription through the app?

Yes, while in the app, you can tap “Subscriptions” in the bottom menu to manage the frequency or cancel your subscription.

How do I redeem a discount code?

There are two opportunities to enter a discount code during the checkout process:

  • When you view your cart, you will see a section labeled “Coupons” in which you can enter a discount code.

  • There is also a “Discount code or gift card” field just above the “Payment” section in the checkout process. You can enter your discount code in that field.

You can currently use the code GET5 to receive 5% off on orders between $20-150. It is a one-time use code, only available for in-app purchases.

Is the app free to use?

Yes, the Parentgiving app is completely free to download and use.

Does the app work on both phones and tablets?

Yes, the Parentgiving app is available on Apple and Android phones and tablets via the App Store or Google Play.
