Terms of Subscription Program
THESE TERMS OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM (THE “SUBSCRIPTION TERMS”) CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES WITH PARENTGIVING INC. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
We, Parentgiving Inc. (“Parentgiving”, “we”, or “us”) offer certain products on our website (“Site”) for subscription (the “Products”). When you subscribe to a certain Product, we will send you the Product you subscribed to on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected, until your subscription is cancelled by either you or us. To the extent they do not contradict with the terms hereof, our terms and conditions applicable to the sales of Products accessible on our Site, including but not limited to our “Shipping Policy” (parentgiving.com/pages/shipping) and the “Return Policy” (parentgiving.com/pages/returns), apply to all sales of the Products. These Subscription Terms together with the mentioned terms on our Site form an integral part of our agreement with you. Below are more details on the Subscription Terms:
Eligible Products; Sign Up
If a Product is included in our subscription program, you will find a “subscribe & save” option on the respective Product page. You can choose to subscribe to such Product and select the frequency on the Product page. Once you created your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided to us when you created your subscription or account on our Site. This email will include a link to your subscription order (“Confirmation Link”).
Subscriptions are good only while supplies last. Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, charges, and availability). Note that you may only cancel your subscription online after the first two charges have been processed, as described in the Section “RENEWAL; PAYMENT; CANCELLATION” below. Except for the foregoing, there is no minimum term of subscription and no minimum purchase obligation, except that subscriptions may only be offered on the respective Product page if you buy specific package sizes of the Product.
Managing your subscription
You may manage your future orders, subscription or subscription account information by:
- clicking on the Confirmation Link; or
- logging on to your account on our Site and selecting your preference on the customer portal page; or
calling Customer Service at the toll-free number 1-888-746-2107 (Mon-Thu 9am-8pm, Fri 5pm).
Renewal; Payment; CHANGES
We will automatically fulfill your subscription order according to your chosen delivery schedule. Your subscription remains in effect and your payment method will be charged until the subscription is cancelled by either you or us.
You can view your future orders by clicking on the Confirmation Link or logging on to your registered account on our Site. Your next scheduled order will be displayed. We will send an email reminder to you within three (3) days prior to the scheduled shipping of the recurring order as indicated on such email reminder. You can make changes to, skip or cancel delivery of the recurring order until midnight E.T. prior to such scheduled shipping through any of the methods set forth under the Section “MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” above. If you do not change or cancel a recurring order before midnight E.T. prior to the scheduled shipping date, we will ship the Product to you and charge you for such order.
We will charge you such price of the Product under subscription, in effect on the day we process the recurring order, plus shipping fees (if applicable), handling fees and any applicable sales tax or other taxes. Parentgiving reserves the right to change Product pricing in any manner and at any time by publishing the new prices on the Site. Product pricing changes will be effective when published. We also reserve the right to change any further subscription charges, including shipping fees, in any manner and at any time by giving you written notice within reasonable time. You hereby authorize us to charge to your selected payment method, credit card or payment provider you selected to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you at the beginning of any subscription period, the balance of every recurring order, including, without limitation, all applicable taxes, Product costs and shipping fees. You will only be billed on the day we ship your order. If your selected payment method is declined, we will notify you via email or other method of communication. We will retry the payment method after 1 calendar day. If the payment remains unsuccessful after the second attempt, you acknowledge and agree that Parentgiving will then cancel the order without any liability to you.
You can change the payment method or further subscription account information at any time as specified in the “MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” section above.
Cancellation
After we have received payment for the first 2 orders under your subscription, you may cancel the entire subscription through any of the methods set forth in “MANAGING MY SUBSCRIPTION” section above).
Should you decide to cancel your subscription prior to your second recurring order for subscription, you may do so by calling Customer Service at the toll-free number 1-888-746-2107 (Mon-Thu 9am-8pm, Fri 5pm).
Should you decide to re-activate your subscription, note that certain discounts and further benefits tied to your previous subscription may no longer be available to you.
DISCONTINUATION AND TERMINATION BY US
You will receive an email notification if the Product under subscription is discontinued or out of stock. In such case, we will cancel the respective recurring order for that Product without any liability to you. Once the Product is back in stock, you will be notified and the order will process automatically. Parentgiving also reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time at its discretion. Should this situation arise, we will notify you at least 24 hours prior to your next recurring order via email or other method of communication.
We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Subscription Terms, any applicable terms and conditions of sale, or applicable law, or involves fraud or misuse of any subscription. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Subscription Terms or any applicable terms and conditions of sale will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Subscription Benefits
Customers are eligible to receive a 5% discount on Products when subscribing, with complimentary shipping on the total amount of the respective recurring order under subscription exceeding $69 before tax and after discount or point redemption. Your subscription is not eligible for any additional offers or discounts. Parentgiving reserves the right to revoke or modify any benefit we offer for subscribers or the applicability of reward points to your subscription at any time without any liability to you.
Return Policy

No Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your subscription and benefits therefrom to any third party without our prior written approval and we will only send the Products under subscription to one single address.
Changes to Terms of Subscription Program
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, change the terms of our subscription program, or cancel the program entirely, with reasonable notice to you via email or other communication to the extent the changes are material. Your continued participation in the subscription program after we change the terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any of the changes, you must cancel your subscriptions.
MISCELLANEOUS
Any and all agreements between you and Parentgiving shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of New York. The United Nations Convention on the Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. All disputes and controversies arising out of or relating to these Subscription Terms or any other term governing the sale of the Products shall be finally and with binding effect resolved under the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in front of a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be New York, New York. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Any award, verdict or settlement issued under such arbitration may be entered by any party for order of enforcement by any court of competent jurisdiction. ANY CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST WE ALL JOURNAL, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, OR ANY TERM APPLICABLE TO THE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS.
